Do not pity your enemy’s weakness and helplessness, for if he defeats you (in battle), he will show you no mercy.
If you see your enemy as weak, do not boast of your superiority over him, for in every bone there is marrow (meaning that the weak possess latent strength, to be utilized at the appropriate time).
And in every garment there is a man (any appearance may conceal a courageous man).
Arabic Translation
لا تُشفق على ضَعف عَدوكَ وعجزهِ، فإذا أنتصر عَليك (في قتالٍ) فلن يُشفق عليكَ
إذا رأيتَ عَدوكَ ضَعيفًا، فلا تَتباهى بتَفوقكَ عليهِ
ففي كُلِ عَظمٍ يوجد نُخاعِ (أي أن الضَعيف لديه قوة كامنة، يستفاد منها في الوقتِ المناسبِ)
وفي كُلِ ثَوبٍ يوجد رَجلٌ (المَظهر، أيً كان، قَد يُخفي رَجلاً شُجاعًا)

بر عجز دشمن رحمت مکن که اگر قادر شود بر تو نبخشاید
دشمن چو بینی ناتوان لاف از بروت خود مزن
مغزیست در هر استخوان مردیست در هر پیرهن
