In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Thanks be to God Almighty, for obedience to Him leads to closeness to Him, and through gratitude to Him, blessings increase. Every breath taken extends life, and every breath exhaled refreshes the soul. In every breath there are two blessings, and for every blessing, gratitude is obligatory.

From hand and tongue they emanate,
With gratitude overflowing with thankfulness.

“Work, O family of David, with gratitude, and few of My servants are grateful.”

The servant is most deserving of presenting his excuse
At the door of his Lord, supplicating in his remorse.

For if not, then who can fulfill
The right of God in a manner befitting His majesty and glory?

The rain of His boundless mercy has encompassed all, and the table of His abundant blessings has been spread everywhere. He does not tear the veil of the servants’ modesty because of a heinous sin, nor does He cut off the daily sustenance because of a reprehensible transgression.

O Generous One of the unseen, from the treasures of Your unseen realm,
You feed the disbeliever and the Christian with Your sustenance.

So how can You deprive Your beloved ones of Your blessings?
While You bestow such kindness upon Your enemies!

He commanded the gentle morning breeze to spread a carpet of emerald, and He instructed the spring clouds to rain so that the roots of the plants would be revived in the cradle of the earth. By His grace, the trees donned a spring garment, a green robe of leaves, and the roots of the branches, with the arrival of the spring season (Nowruz), sprouted a crown of blossoms on their heads. The juice of the berries, by His power, became sweet nectar, and the date seed, by His power, became a towering palm tree. The clouds, the wind, the moon, the sun, and the celestial bodies—
all of them work tirelessly to provide you with your sustenance.
All of them are for your sake, bewildered yet obedient to the one who commanded them.
So how can you disobey the command of the one who created them?

بِسم اللهِ الرَّحمنِ الرَّحیم

شُكرًا لله عز وجل، لأن طاعته تؤدي إلى القرب منه، وبشكره تزيد النِعم، فكل نفس تدخل تمد الحياة عُمراً، وعندما تخرج تنعش الذات، ففي كل نفس نعمتان، وعلى كل نعمة فالشُكرُ واجبٌ.

من يدٍ ولسانٍ ينبعثان
بشكرٍ يفيض منهما الامتنان

اِعملوا آلَ داودَ شکراً وَ قلیلٌ مِن عبادیَ الشکور

العبدُ أولى أن يأتي بعذرهِ
إلى بابِ ربِّه متضرِّعاً في ندمه

فإن لم يكن، فمن يستطيع أن يؤدِّي
حقَّ الإلهِ بما يليق بجلاله ومَجده؟

مَطر رَحمته اللا محدود قد عَم الجَميع، ومائدة نعمته الغزيرة قد بسطت في كل مكان، لا يُمزقُ ستار عِفة العباد بسبب ذنب فاحش، ولا يَقطع رزق اليوم بخطيئة مُنكرة.

يا كريمَ الخفاءِ، من خزائنِ غيبكَ
تُطعمُ الكافرَ والنصرانيَّ رزقَك

فكيف تُحرمُ الأحبَّةَ نعمَتَك؟
وأنتَ للأعداءِ بهذا الإحسانِ تُعطي!

أمر نسمة الصباح اللطيفة بأن تَبسط بِساطًا من الزُمرد، وأوعز إلى سحاب الربيع أن يمُطر لكي تنتعش جذور النبات في مهد الأرض، فأرتدت الأشجار بفضله، حُلّة ربيعية، ذات رداء أخضر من الأوراق، وأنبتت جذور الأغصان بقدوم موسم الربيع (نوروز) تاجاً من الزهر على رؤوسها، وعصارة ثِمار التوت، بقدرته صارت شهدًا طيباً، وبذرةُ التمرِ بقدرته أضحت نخلة باسقة.

السحابُ، الريحُ، القمرُ، الشمسُ والفلكُ
كلُّها تَعملُ، بلا كلل، لتمدك برزقك

جميعُها لأجلكَ، حائرة، مُطيعةٌ لمن أمرها
فما ينبغي أن تَعصى أمرَ من خلقَها

بِسم اللهِ الرَّحمنِ الرَّحیم

منّت خدای را عَزَّ و جل که طاعتش موجب قُربت است و به شکر اندرشْ مزید نعمت، هر نفسی که فرو می‌رود مُمِدّ حیات‌ست و چون برمی‌آید مفرّح ذات، پس در هر نفسی دو نعمت موجودست و بر هر نعمتی شکری واجب

از دست و زبان که برآید

کز عهده‌ی شکرش به در آید

اِعملوا آلَ داودَ شکراً وَ قلیلٌ مِن عبادیَ الشکور

بنده همان به که ز تقصیر خویش

عذر به درگاه خدای آورد

ورنه سزاوار خداوندیش

کس نتواند که به جای آورد

باران رحمت بی‌حسابش همه را رسیده و خوان نعمت بی‌دریغش همه جا کشیده پرده‌ی ناموس بندگان به گناه فاحش ندرد و وظیفه‌ی روزی به خطای منکر نبرد

ای کریمی که از خزانه‌ی غیب

گبر و ترسا وظیفه خوَر داری

دوستان را کجا کنی محروم

تو که با دشمن این نظر داری

فرّاش باد صبا را گفته تا فرش زمرّدی (زمردین) بگسترد و دایه‌ی ابر بهاری را فرموده تا بنات نبات در مهد زمین بپرورد درختان را به خلعت نوروزی، قبای سبز ورق در بر گرفته و اطفال شاخ را به قدوم موسم ربیع (نوروز) (گل) کلاه شکوفه بر سر نهاده، عصاره‌ی نالی (تاکی) به قدرت او شهد فایق شده و تخم خرمایی به تربیتش نخل باسق گشته

ابر و باد و مه و خورشید و فلک در کارند

تا تو نانی به کف آریّ و به غفلت نخوری

همه از بهر تو سرگشته و فرمان بردار

شرط انصاف نباشد که تو فرمان نبری
