If the gem falls into the mud, it remains precious, and if the dust rises to the sky, it remains vile (remains as dust). Science and knowledge studying without the mind truly understand it, are pure lies and deception, and the education for the incapable of learning is a waste of time
The ashes rise above the fire, and the fire is the foundation and essence, below it, and since the ashes have no benefit to be expected from them and are not as valuable as the fire, they are equal to the dirt (it has no value at all)
The value of sugar is not because it is extracted from (sugar cane), but because it has the property of (sweet taste) itself, so the cane here has no value, if it does not contain sugar.

Arabic Translation
إن وقعَ الجُوهر في الوحلِ، يبقى نفيساً، وإن صَعد الغُبار إلى السماءِ، يَبقى خسيساً (يبقى غُبار)، العِلم والمَعرفة بدون تَربيةٍ فهي مَحض كَذب وخداع، والتربية للغير قادر على التعلم هو مَضيعة للوقت
الرماد يَرتفع فوق النار، والنار هي الأساس والجوهر، أسفل منهُ، وبما أن الرماد لافائدة ترجى منه وليس بقيمة النار، فهو مُساوي للترابِ (لا قيمة له نهائيا)
وقيمة السُكر ليس لأنه يُستخرج من (قَصب السكر)، ولكن لأنه يمتلك خاصية (المَذاق الحلو) بذاتهِ، فالقصب هنا لاقيمة له، إن لم يكن يحوي على السكرِ
لم يكن كنعان ذا علمٍ ومَعرفةٍ
فكونه ابن نبي، لم يرفع من قدرهِ شيء
أظهر عِلمكَ إن كان لديك، لا أصلك
فأن الورد يَخرج رَغم وَجود الشوك، والنبي إبراهيم (المُسلم العابد لله)، أبوه آزر عَابد وصانع الاصنامِ

جوهر اگر در خلاب افتد، همچنان نفیس است و غبار اگر به فلک رسد، همان خسیس، استعداد بیتربیت دریغ است و تربیت نامستعد ضایع
خاکستر نسبی عالی دارد که آتش جوهر علویست ولیکن چون به نفس خود هنری ندارد، با خاک برابر است و قیمت شَکَر نه از نی است ، که آن خود خاصیت وی است
چو کنعان را طبیعت بیهنر بُود
پیمبرزادگی، قدرش نیفزود
هنر بنمای اگر داری نه گوهر
گُل از خار است و ابراهیم از آزر
