If you are in the company of the poor, then shedding your blood (here perhaps not in the sense of murder, but rather the loss of your possessions) will be permissible if you do not distribute your wealth among the poor like themselves.
Either avoid traveling with a friend who wears a blue shirt (a symbol of poverty), or stain your house and belongings with indigo (or become poor like them, even if only pretending, because indigo is not the same as blue, signifying that poverty is not truly poverty, but only superficially).
Either avoid the company of elephant herders (avoid the company of the poor), or seek a house fit for an elephant (or find someone of equal wealth or status and adopt their ways). (become a friend of them)

نوعانِ من الناسِ لا يُفارق الندمُ قُلوبهم، ولا تَختفي مَرارة الخَسارة من أذهانهم: تاجرٌ غَرقت سفينتهُ، ووارثٌ (غَني) يَجلس بين الدراويش (الفقراء)
إن كُنتَ في حضرة الدراويش (الفقراء)
فسيكون سَفكُ دمكَ حلالٌ (هنا ربما ليس بمعنى القتل، وأنما ما تملك)، إن لم توزع مالك على الفقراء أمثالهم
إما أن تتجنب السفر مع صديق يرتدي قميصًا أزرق (دلالة على الفقير/الفقراء)
أو أن تلطخ بيتك وممتلكاتك بالنيلي (أو أن تصبح فقير مثلهم، حتى لو كذبا، لأن اللون النيلي بالطبع ليس كاللون الأزرق، دلالة على عدم مطابقة الفقر فعلاً، ولكن شكلاً فقط)
إما أن تَتجنب صداقة رعاة الأفيال (تتجنب صداقة الفقراء)
أو أن تبحث عن منزل يليق بفيل (أو تبحث عن من يساويك بالغنى أو المنزلة وأتخذ منه صديقاً)

گر نباشد در میان مالت سبیل
