Whoever kills an oppressor has saved people from evil and harm, and saved himself from the punishment of God, the Almighty.
Forgiveness is praiseworthy, but
Do not apply balm (medicine) to the wound of the oppressor.
(Do not pity the oppressors.)
He who wasn’t killed the snake, did not know
that this was an injustice to humankind.
(The snake is a danger to humankind, so killing it, if possible, is in the best interest of humankind.)
Arabic Translation
مَن قَتل ظَالمًا فقد أنقذَ الناسِ من شرٍّ وأذى، وأنقذَ نَفسهُ من عذابِ اللهِ عزَّ و جَلَّ
العَفو شيءٌ مَحمودٌ، ولكن
لا تَضع المَرهم (الدواء) على جُرحِ مُضطهد الناسِ
(لاتشفق على الظالمين)
من رحم الحية لم يكن يعلم
أن ذلك ظلمٌ لبني آدم (البشر)
(الحية خطرٌ على بني أدم، فقتلها إن تم فيه مصلحةٍ لبني البشر)

هر که بدی را بکشد خلق را از بلای او برهاند و او را از عذاب خدای عزَّ و جَلَّ
پسندیدهست بخشایش ولیکن
منه بر ریش خلقآزار مرهم
ندانست آن که رحمت کرد بر مار
که آن ظلم است بر فرزند آدم
