Do not expose people’s hidden flaws, for you will tarnish their reputation and make yourself untrustworthy.
He who learns knowledge but does not act upon it is like one who tills the land and toils but does not sow the seeds (for the work to be completed).
Arabic Translation
لا تَكشف عِيوب الناسِ الخفيةِ، فإنك تشوه سمعتهم أمام الناسِ، وتجعل من نفسكَ شخصٌ غير موثوق بهِ
من تَعلم العلِم، ولم يَعمل بهِ
يَشبه من يَحرث الأرض ويتعب، ولم ينثر البذور ( لكي يتم العمل)

مردمان را عیب نهانی پیدا مکن که مر ایشان را رسوا کنی و خود را بیاعتماد
هر که علم خواند و عمل نکرد بدان
ماند که گاو راند و تخم نیفشاند
