Forgiveness and mercy for the wicked is injustice and transgression against the virtuous, and pardoning the oppressors is oppression and injustice against the poor.
If you entrust a wicked person with a task and treat him with excessive kindness, he will commit wicked acts in your work with your partners.
Arabic Translation
العَفو والرَحمة للأشرار، هو ظُلمٌ وتَعدي على الأخيارِ، والعفو عن الظالمين، هو جور وظلمٌ على الفقراءِ
الخَبيث إذا عهدتَ اليه عمل، وعاملته بلطافةٍ زائدة
سوف يفعل الخبائث في عملكَ مع شركائكَ

رحم آوردن بر بدان ستم است بر نیکان، عفو کردن از ظالمان جور است بر درویشان
خبیث را چو تعهد کنی و بنوازی
به دولت تو گنه میکند به انبازی
