Two things are logically impossible: to receive more sustenance than allotted, and to die before the appointed time.
Destiny does not change, even if a thousand sighs of disbelief or complaints escape from a throat.
The angel entrusted with the treasuries of the wind is unconcerned by the extinguishing of a lonely old woman’s lamp. (The winds blow by God’s command.)

أمرانِ مُستحيلانِ عَقلاً: نَيلُ رِزقٍ أكثر من المقسومِ، والموتُ قبلَ الوقتِ المَعلوم
القضاءُ لا يتغيرُ ولو خرجت ألفُ آهةِ كفرٍ أو شكوى من حنجرةٍ
المَلاكُ المُوكلُ بخزائنِ الريحِ
لا يكترثُ لموتِ (انطفاء) مِصباحِ عجوزٍ وحيدةٍ
(تجري الرياح بأمر الله)

دو چیز محال عقل است: خوردن بیش از رزق مقسوم و مردن پیش از وقت معلوم
قضا دگر نشود ور هزار ناله و آه
به کفر یا به شکایت برآید از دهنی
فرشتهای که وکیل است بر خزاین باد
چه غم خورد که بمیرد چراغ پیرزنی
