A little gradually becomes much, and drop upon drop becomes a torrent. In other words, those who lack power (weak at present) must gather small stones (pebbles) to shatter the mind of the oppressor when the opportunity arises.
If the drops come together, they become a river.
If the rivers gather, they become a sea.
Grain upon grain accumulates,
until it becomes a harvest in the storehouse (at harvest time).
Arabic Translation
القليلُ يُصبحُ كَثيراً بالتدريج، والقَطرةُ فَوق القطرةِ تُمسي سيلاً، وبمعنى آخر: مَن لا يملكون القوة (ضعفاء في الوقت الحالي)، عليهم جَمعُ الحجارةِ الصغيرةِ (الحصى)؛ ليُحطموا بها دِماغَ الظالمِ حين تَسنحُ الفرصة لهم
إذا اتفقتِ القَطراتُ صارت نهراً
وإذا اجتمعتِ الأنهارُ صارت بحراً
تتراكمُ الحَبةُ فوق الحبةِ
فتُصبحُ غَلةً في المخزنِ
(في موسم الحصادِ)

اندک اندک خیلی شود و قطره قطره سیلی گردد، یعنی آنان که دست قوّت ندارند، سنگ خرده نگه دارند تا به وقت فرصت دمار از دماغ ظالم برآرند
وَ قَطرٌ عَلیٰ قَطرٍ اِذَا اتَّفَقَت نَهرٌ
وَ نَهرٌ عَلیٰ نَهرٍ اِذَا اجتَمَعَت بَحرٌ
اندک اندک به هم شود بسیار
دانه دانه است غله در انبار
