A mind controlled by personal desires and lusts is like a weak man before a fierce woman who has no shame or modesty. Reason and wisdom without power are nothing but deception and trickery, and power without reason and wisdom is nothing but ignorance and folly.
Rule requires planning, reason, and knowledge of what is best. Government and wealth in the hands of the ignorant become tools of war and destruction—against God.

العَقلُ المُسيطر عَليه بواسطة الرغبات الشخصية والشهوات، كانسان ضعيف أمام امرأةٍ شَرسة لا تخجل ولا حياء لديها، و العقل والحكمة بلا قوة ليسا إلا خداعًا ومكرًا، والقوة بلا عقل وحكمة ليست إلا جهلًا وحماقة
المُلْكُ يلزمهُ التَدبيرُ والعَقل ومعرفة صالح الأمور
فالحكومة والثروة في أيدي الجهلاء تصبح أدوات للحرب والدمارـ ضد ألله

عقل در دست نفس چنان گرفتار است که مرد عاجز با زن گُربز
رای بیقوّت مکر و فسون است و قوّت بیرای جهل و جنون
تمیز باید و تدبیر و عقل و آنگه مُلک
که مُلک و دولتِ نادان سلاح جنگ خداست
