إن حرمتني منك، سوف أنتهي
كيف لي أن أطرد حبك من داخلي ؟
دع سحابة الحب تنزل من أجل عين الغدير
تعال لكي ترى عيناكَ عيناي
كيف لي أن أخبرك بأني حزينة بدونك
سنوات طويلة مرت ولازال حزني كما هو
حبي لك أعطاني القدرة على البقاء
أنا على قيد الحياة بسببك، بدونك لا أساوى شيئا

Your love has given me abundant lifeblood for a heart withered from waiting.
I live by this hope, and without it, life is nothingness, without daylight.
Without your love, I do not belong to myself, so how can I without you?
How can I relinquish a love that is you itself?
Do you not see that the clouds of fate rain down tenderness upon the stream?
Come like a cloud to a parched heart, like a torrential rain.
Come so our eyes may meet, for tears wash away sorrow.
Come so I may see myself in the mirror of your love, and melt in its embrace.
Do not think that union with the beloved is a fault, but rather the fragrance of the beloved is your hope.

أعطاني حبكَ دماً غزيراً لقلبٍ ذبل من انتظار
أعيشُ بهذا الأمل، وبدونه الحياةُ عدمٌ، بلا نهار
بدون حبكَ لا أنتمي إلى نفسي، فكيف وبدونكَ أنتَ؟
كيف لي أن أتخلى عن حبٍّ أنتَ هو ذاتُهُ أنتَ؟
ألا ترى أن سَحابَ القَدر يَمطرُ حناناً على الغديرِ؟
فتعالَ كالسحابِ إلى قلبٍ جَف، كالمَطر الغزير
تعالَ كي تَلتقي عيناك بعينيَّ، فالدموعُ تمحو الأحزان
تعالَ كي أرى نفسي في مرآة حبكَ، وأذوبَ في تلك الأحضان
لا تَظنَّ أن وصلَ الحَبيب ملامةٌ، بل عِطرُ الحَبيب أملُكَ
فهلمَّ إلى قَلبي، يا عزيزي، فهو كعبتُكَ وحرمُكَ
