When you see division and discord in the enemy army, you must gather the others around you, united (to exploit this division and defeat the enemy). If they (the enemy army) unite, prepare yourself and consider how to sow division and disarray within them.
When you see war and discord among the enemies, sit quietly and observe carefully with your comrades.
If you see them (the enemies) united and working together, then it is time to launch a preemptive attack / Prepare the bow/s to shoot and ride your horse to the battlefield (so as not to give them a greater advantage than they gained from uniting against you).

عندما تَرى إنقسامًا وشِقاقًا في جيشِ العدوِ، فيَجب عليكَ جمع الأخرين حولكَ و مُتحدين معاً (ليستغلوا هذا الإنقسام والحاق الهزيمة بالعدو)، وإن أتحدوا (جيش الأعداءِ)، فأعد نفسكَ وفكر كيف تثير فيهم الإنقسام والتشتت
عندما ترى حَربًا وشِقاقًا بين الأعداءِ
فأجلس بهدوءٍ وراقب جيداً مع رفاقكَ
وإن رأيتهم متكاتفين (الأعداء) ومتحدين معاً
فحان الوقت لتبادر بالهجومِ عليهم/أو شد قوسك، وأركب حصانك وأذهب لساحة المعركة (كي لا تعطيهم فرصة أكبر مما حصلوا عليه من الإتحاد ضدكَ)

چو بینی که در سپاه دشمن تفرقه افتاده است، تو جمع باش، و گر جمع شوند، از پریشانی اندیشه کن
برو با دوستان آسوده بنشین
چو بینی در میان دشمنان جنگ
وگر بینی که با هم یکزبانند
کمان را زه کن و بر باره بر سنگ
