أتتذكر تلك الأمسية، على ضفاف النهرِ الواعدِ
جنبًا إلى جنب، نهمس بأسرارنا، لوحدنا، نتواعد
كنتَ في تلك اللحظة تَبحث عن النجوم الوَحيدة في السماءِ
وبعدها كنا نبحث سوية عن نَجمةٍ بارزة مُغطاة بالنجوم الغَناء
أتتذكر تلك الليلة التي تناثرت فيها الزهور من كل باب؟
فقد كُنتَ تُناديني بأمِيرتك الجَميلة، وقَلبي مليء بالعذابِ
لقد تَرسخ حُبكَ في روحي، عندما تكون معي
أما الان، فأشعر بالوحدة بدونك، فكيف بروحي؟
أين ذَهبت كُل تلكَ الرُبوع الخَضراء؟
أين أختفى كل ذلك الشَغف، هل أصبح هباء؟
