There are two enemies of both kings and religious people

There are two enemies of both kings and religious people: a fanatical king and an ignorant ascetic.

Therefore, the affairs of the kingdom should not be entrusted to a king who is not a devoted servant of God (for he will, of course, be harsh on his subjects, have no fear of God, and the kingdom will collapse and cease to exist).

Arabic Translation

هناك عَدوان للمُلكِ والمُتدينين: مَلكٌ مُتَعصبٌ، وزَاهدٌ جَاهلٌ

فلا يُعهدُ بأمر المُلكِ الى ملكٍ ليس عَبدًا مُطيعًا للهِ (بالطبع سوف يقسو على الرعية، ولا يخاف من ألله، ويتهدم المُلك وينتهي من الوجود)

دو کس دشمن ملک و دینند: پادشاه بی‌حلم و زاهد بی‌علم

بر سر مُلک مباد آن مَلِکِ فرمانده
که خدا را نبُوَد بندهٔ فرمانبردار
