English Translation

Do not lie; nothing in your life is my desire any longer, do not lie!

How cruel you were, do you remember? How often you loved me with betrayal, while I endured your endless excuses—do not deny it!

And now, go and leave all the pain behind; nothing remains in my life except regret.

If you ever intend to return, do not lie, and do not return, do not return!

Explaining:

“لا تكذبي / ما عاد شيء في حياتك مطلبي”: A declaration of detachment and total estrangement; the beloved—with all her allure and entreaties—no longer holds any value or appeal in the lover’s world.

“لو كان عمري بين أيدينك، عذبي”: The pinnacle of indifference and emotional transcendence; the lover no longer fears her cruelty or the pain she inflicts, for his heart has healed and escaped the cycle of dependency and weakness.

“لا تصنعي دمعات عينك”: Exposing deception and pretense; the lover rejects the calculated, false tears used to elicit pity and restore a shattered bond.

“عشقتيني بغدر / تحملت العذر”: The painful contrast between the lover’s sincerity in tolerating flimsy excuses and the beloved’s treachery, as she cloaked her alleged love in betrayal.

“ما عاد شيء في حياتي إلا الندم”: An admission of bitterness; the only lingering sorrow is not over the separation itself, but over the days and sacrifices squandered at the altar of this false love.

“لا ترجعي”: A decisive, final verdict; absolutely barring the path to reconciliation and refusing to grant another chance for the cycle of disappointment to repeat.

The song “Do Not Lie” presents the tragedy of dignified detachment and the breaking of the shackles of manipulative pleas for pity.

The lyrics transcend the bitterness of complaint to reach a climax of decisiveness and self-reclamation.
